Business Development Specialist – LSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Identify and comprehend target customers and key decision-makers, adjusting your strategy according to the sales environment and industry-specific scenarios.

• Propel pipeline development through extensive outreach efforts, encompassing cold calling, tailored emails, industry events, and LinkedIn networking.

• Engage with prospects to discover their challenges, qualifying both inbound and outbound leads in partnership with Account Executives to enhance pipeline effectiveness.

• Effectively communicate the value of NavVis’ leading-edge geospatial and reality capture solutions, employing technically grounded, value-driven dialogue to address each prospect’s unique requirements.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing to utilize your industry knowledge for refining messaging and targeting strategies.

• Keep precise records in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and efficient pipeline management.


⛳️ Requirements

• You are a recent graduate or possess equivalent experience in surveying, geoinformatics, civil engineering, information systems, or a related discipline.

• You have acquired initial experience in customer-facing positions—whether in sales, business development, or customer support—and are adept at connecting with individuals.

• You approach cold calling with enthusiasm and confidence, demonstrating a proactive mindset focused on achieving results.

• You have a curiosity for technology and a growth mindset, eager to acquire sales skills and explore innovative methods to engage clients.

• You appreciate structure and are driven to enhance your organizational and CRM capabilities.

• You are fluent in Polish, enabling you to communicate effectively with clients across the region.

• You possess strong English language skills for efficient internal communication.
