This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• Engage in sales and negotiations by preparing proposals and presentations, conducting meetings, and drafting contracts, ultimately leading to deal closures;
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and streamline workflows;
• Conduct research on industry trends and identify potential markets for business opportunities;
• Identify, qualify, and manage a pipeline of leads generated through both inbound and outbound channels;
• Cultivate relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders to comprehend their business needs and develop suitable solutions;
• Consistently and accurately track and report on personal KPIs in a timely manner;
• Collaborate with the team on strategic initiatives and long-term goals;
• Coordinate with the leadership team to pinpoint and implement new business opportunities, strategies, or concepts;
• Collect and analyze feedback to discover areas for service enhancement or new product offerings.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B settings in Sales, Account Management, Service Delivery, or Growth roles, preferably within the tech industry;
• Proficient in English (C1–C2 level, both written and spoken);
• Strong grasp of market research and data analysis, with experience in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and AI-driven tools;
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, along with active listening skills and the capacity to articulate ideas clearly;
• Self-driven and results-oriented mindset, complemented by robust organizational and time-management skills;
• Possess emotional intelligence, resilience, and confidence in managing feedback and high-pressure situations;
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a proactive and adaptable approach;
• Quick learner with innovative, out-of-the-box thinking and a commitment to continuous improvement.
