This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Engage in sales and negotiations by preparing proposals and presentations, conducting meetings, and drafting contracts, all the way to closing deals;
• Utilize AI tools to boost productivity and streamline workflows;
• Conduct research on industry trends and identify potential markets for business opportunities;
• Identify, qualify, and manage a pipeline of leads from both inbound and outbound channels;
• Establish relationships with potential clients and stakeholders to comprehend their business needs and develop relevant solutions;
• Consistently track and report on personal KPIs in a precise and timely manner;
• Collaborate with team members on strategic and long-term objectives;
• Coordinate with the leadership team to discover and implement new business opportunities, strategies, or ideas;
• Collect and analyze feedback to identify avenues for service enhancement or product development.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B environments in Sales, Account Management, Service Delivery, or Growth roles (preferably in tech);
• Proficient in English (C1–C2 level, both written and spoken);
• Strong grasp of market research and data analysis, with experience in utilizing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and AI-driven tools;
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a talent for active listening and clear idea conveyance;
• Self-driven and results-oriented mindset, coupled with excellent organizational and time-management skills;
• Possess emotional intelligence, resilience, and confidence in managing feedback and high-pressure scenarios;
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a proactive and adaptable mindset;
• Quick learner with innovative, out-of-the-box thinking and a focus on continuous improvement;
• Experience in SaaS, BPO, or tech-oriented environments;
• Background in outbound sales or lead generation;
• Experience collaborating with international clients and distributed teams;
• Creative, innovative thinker with a proactive approach to fostering innovation.
