This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take charge of qualified leads and transform them into finalized partnership agreements through discovery calls and customized proposals.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups and maintain contact to turn warm opportunities into signed contracts.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team in weekly meetings to enhance strategies, provide feedback on lead quality, and ensure alignment throughout the funnel.
• Independently manage your schedule by utilizing time-blocking techniques and CRM tools to keep track of deals, deadlines, and pipeline priorities.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in Business Development or Growth within the Web3/crypto sector.
• Previous experience in closing sales effectively.
• Proficient in cold outreach across various channels.
