This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Partner with the VP of Strategic Sales Growth to design and implement lead generation campaigns.
• Research and discover new business opportunities using online databases, social media, cold outreach, and industry-specific directories.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified leads, particularly targeting skilled nursing facilities, long-term care providers, and post-acute healthcare operators.
• Perform outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone to introduce the client's services.
• Utilize CRM tools to log activities, arrange follow-ups, and track engagement with potential clients.
• Assist in initiating appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Provide weekly reports on key performance metrics, including leads generated, conversions, and outreach success.
• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, and cold calling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong research capabilities and data management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Enthusiasm for healthcare innovation and workforce solutions.
• Familiarity with the wound care industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
