This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Seek out new business opportunities within luxury retail, real estate, and fintech, transforming skeptical prospects into long-term partners who trust our compliance expertise.
• Oversee the complete outbound process - from the initial greeting to the final agreement—positioning our crypto escrow and wallet screening as the ultimate "sleep-easy" solutions.
• Present like an expert to luxury dealers and private banks, articulating how we ensure high-value crypto transactions are secure, straightforward, and entirely legitimate.
• Strategically identify elite ecosystems in Switzerland, the EU, and the UAE to locate ultra-high-net-worth individuals and firms that require our specialized AML frameworks.
• Cultivate an exceptional network of lawyers, advisors, and influencers within the high-net-worth community to maintain a steady flow of referrals.
• Keep abreast of crypto trends and regulations, serving as a liaison between our technologically advanced operations and our upscale clientele.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably with a background in private banking, asset management, or high-end brokerage.
• You are a "trust-builder": adept at selling complex, consultative solutions to C-level executives and ultra-high-net-worth individuals with ease.
• Your English communication skills are top-notch (C1+ level), and proficiency in German, French, or Arabic is a significant advantage.
• You are a self-motivated individual who thrives without needing a detailed roadmap; comfortable with outbound prospecting in a dynamic startup environment.
• You possess a genuine curiosity about the intersection of crypto, compliance, and luxury markets—you understand the challenges associated with high-value transactions.
• You maintain a professional and discreet demeanor, recognizing that handling CHF 10M+ deal flows demands a certain level of finesse and composure.
