• Oversee the implementation of campaigns aimed at driving growth initiatives.
• Manage operational escalations and apply measures for continuous improvement.
• Experience in managing and expanding payout partnerships across Asia.
• Commitment to partner satisfaction and the cultivation of long-term relationships.
• Ability to negotiate favorable terms for the expansion of payout networks.
• Proven track record in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with regional payout partners.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities.
• Capability to conduct country-specific market assessments.
• Experience in overseeing the execution of campaigns to drive growth.
• Proficient in managing operational escalations and enhancing partner performance.
• Ability to prepare detailed monthly performance reports.
• Five (5) days of work with Saturdays and Sundays off (applicable to all ACE Money Transfer offices globally).
