This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
⢠Formulate and implement a business development strategy aimed at establishing new client partnerships for 321 AIM in key verticals such as home services, legal services, healthcare, insurance, and financial services.
⢠Identify and target high-value prospects, including regional and national operators, franchise groups, law firms, and healthcare practices, that have significant lead volume requirements and align with a performance-based pricing model.
⢠Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and contract finalization.
⢠Conduct discovery discussions that reveal client lead volume objectives, cost-per-lead goals, current marketing effectiveness, and qualification standards, translating these into a persuasive AIM partnership proposal.
⢠Clearly communicate AIM's value proposition, pricing structure, lead qualification standards, and performance expectations to potential clients, including C-suite executives and senior marketing decision-makers.
⢠Create tailored proposals that detail anticipated lead volume, definitions of qualified leads, pricing framework, and expected return on investment (ROI).
⢠Maintain an organized sales pipeline and CRM tool to monitor prospect status, activity, and revenue forecasts.
⢠Educate potential clients on the complete lead lifecycleāfrom lead generation to contact, qualification, and appointment conversionāpositioning AIM as a partner throughout this entire process.
⢠Identify avenues to scale lead volume, expand into new service areas, or enhance AIMās role within the client's acquisition funnel.
⢠Strengthen AIM's market presence within targeted verticals through strategic outreach, industry networking, conference participation, and partnership development.
⢠Develop and nurture referral relationships with complementary vendors, franchise consultants, industry associations, and channel partners serving AIM's target client base.
⢠Track competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning to ensure AIM's value proposition remains sharp and distinct.
⢠Collaborate with AIM leadership to create sales materials, case studies, and pitch decks that showcase AIM's performance history and industry expertise.
⢠Represent AIM at industry events, trade shows, and sector-specific conferences relevant to home services, legal, healthcare, insurance, and financial services.
⢠Diagnose issues in the prospectās existing funnel (e.g., slow response times, inadequate follow-up, low booking rates) and position AIM as a solution for both lead volume and conversion effectiveness.
⢠Act as the primary contact during the pre-onboarding phase, ensuring new clients fully understand the AIM model, reporting requirements, and lead qualification process.
⢠Work with AIM's operations and campaign management teams to facilitate seamless client onboarding and ensure clarity on qualified lead definitions, delivery timelines, and performance metrics.
⢠Maintain strong communication during the initial campaign launch to bolster client confidence and address inquiries before transitioning to the ongoing account management phase.
⢠Identify opportunities for growth and upselling within the existing AIM client base as lead programs expand.
⢠Ensure consistency between what was sold and the handling of leads, including the intake process, response expectations, and appointment-setting procedures.
⢠Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, with direct experience in selling performance marketing, lead generation, or pay-per-lead programs being highly preferred.
⢠In-depth knowledge of performance-based pricing models, including cost-per-lead, cost-per-acquisition, lead qualification standards, and the economics of lead generation programs.
⢠Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing revenue and new client acquisition goals.
⢠Experience selling within at least one of AIM's core verticalsāhome services, legal services, healthcare, insurance, or financial servicesāis a significant advantage.
⢠Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, digital media fundamentals, and the ability to engage clients effectively about campaign mechanics, attribution, and ROI.
⢠Outstanding discovery and consultative selling abilitiesāask insightful questions, listen attentively, and develop proposals that directly address client business objectives.
⢠Excellent negotiation skills with the capacity to navigate complex contracts, performance guarantees, and discussions surrounding qualified lead definitions.
⢠Proficient in CRM platforms, pipeline management, and sales automation tools.
⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the capability to craft and deliver engaging sales presentations to senior executives.
⢠Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
⢠Experience in selling intricate or consultative solutions.
⢠Ability to comprehend and convey full-funnel performance metrics, such as lead-to-contact rate, appointment setting rate, and revenue impact.
