This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategic development and enhancement of partner relationships
• Establish and sustain long-term partnerships with insurers, workshops, broker networks, and exclusive agency partners
• Creation of customized mobility solutions (e.g., replacement vehicle fleets, group mobility, assistance services)
• Management of partners throughout the entire lifecycle
• Networking and partner acquisition
• Proactive outreach to new partners and reactivation of existing contacts
• Deliver presentations, pitches, and negotiations at decision-maker/executive level
• Formulation of referral and placement structures
• Process optimization and sales enablement
• Analysis of partner volumes and derivation of strategic actions
• Collaborative development of kickback and referral/commission models
• Close cooperation with Product, Marketing, and Operations for ongoing offering development
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or partner business within the automotive or mobility sector (assistance, brokers, dealerships, etc.), with a focus on building networks, complex stakeholder structures, and long-term partnerships
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with a results-driven approach
• Capability to activate relationships, nurture partnerships, and secure commitments
• Proficient use of CRM systems, data analysis, and process optimization
• Fluency in German and very good command of English (both written and spoken)
