This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Perform outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to create new business opportunities within the U.S. market.
• Identify, research, and assess potential leads in the targeted insurance and insurtech sectors.
• Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Keep precise records of outreach efforts, lead statuses, and updates on the pipeline in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to enhance messaging, campaigns, and targeting strategies.
• Consistently follow up with prospects to cultivate interest and guide them through the sales funnel.
• Achieve or surpass weekly and monthly targets for outreach, qualification, and pipeline management.
• Remain up-to-date on trends in the insurance industry, innovations in insurtech, and competitor offerings.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Outreach position within an IT/SaaS/technology company.
• Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
• Experience working U.S. business hours in a remote or international team environment.
• Practical experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capability to effectively manage time and handle a substantial volume of outreach.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a dynamic startup setting.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in SaaS, insurtech, or insurance is advantageous.
• Must be willing to work during U.S. business hours.
