This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Perform outbound prospecting using email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to create new business opportunities in the U.S. market.
• Identify, investigate, and assess potential leads within targeted insurance and insurtech sectors.
• Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified candidates.
• Keep precise records of outreach efforts, lead status, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to enhance messaging, campaigns, and targeting strategies.
• Consistently follow up with prospects to cultivate interest and advance them through the sales funnel.
• Achieve or surpass weekly and monthly outreach, qualification, and pipeline goals.
• Remain updated on trends in the insurance industry, innovations in insurtech, and competitor offerings.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Outreach position within an IT/SaaS/technology firm.
• Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting (via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling).
• Experience working U.S. business hours in a remote or international team environment.
• Practical experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to effectively manage time and handle a high volume of outreach.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup atmosphere.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in SaaS, insurtech, or insurance is advantageous.
• Must reside in the U.S., Mexico, or Canada.
