This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Actively research, identify, and connect with potential customers through various channels including calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
• Assess inbound and outbound leads according to established criteria.
• Organize discovery calls and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Ensure precise lead and opportunity information is maintained in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Work in collaboration with marketing to synchronize outreach initiatives with ongoing campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on metrics related to lead generation and conversion rates.
• Continuously enhance outreach methods based on feedback from the market.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (preferably in SaaS or technology sales).
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Resilient, proactive, and self-driven with a 'hunter' mentality.
• Capability to handle multiple prospects and priorities at the same time.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Team-oriented with a strong desire to learn and adapt swiftly.
• Experience within a start-up or rapidly growing environment.
• Understanding of the authentication and luxury resale sectors.
• Familiarity with outbound automation tools.
