This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Execute a high-volume outbound outreach strategy, maintaining a consistent rate of over 80 calls daily.
• Identify, profile, and qualify high-value leads within the B2B technology and SaaS industries.
• Implement multi-channel outreach tactics, which include cold calling, tailored emailing, and LinkedIn networking.
• Successfully navigate gatekeepers and complex organizational hierarchies to pinpoint key decision-makers.
• Arrange qualified discovery calls and demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Diligently manage lead information and activity tracking in the CRM to maintain a streamlined sales funnel.
• Demonstrated experience in a high-volume outbound sales or business development setting.
• In-depth knowledge of the B2B Tech/SaaS landscape and associated procurement processes.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for establishing immediate rapport.
• High degree of resilience and a "hunter" mindset; adept at making over 80 calls each day.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage a fast-paced workload independently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and contemporary sales engagement tools.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-growth environment.
• Knowledge of specific sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, SPIN, or Challenger).
• Proven track record of surpassing quotas in a remote or hybrid work environment.
