This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jamaica.
• Implement outbound sales strategies utilizing cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify, connect with, and qualify potential clients within targeted industries.
• Create new business opportunities and establish a robust sales pipeline.
• Arrange product demonstrations and discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Keep precise records in CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Perform market research and account mapping to enhance targeting efforts.
• Work in collaboration with marketing and sales teams to fine-tune messaging and campaigns.
• Consistently achieve or surpass KPIs related to meetings booked and pipeline generated.
• Over 3 years of experience in Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or outbound sales positions.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B sales environments.
• Strong skills in prospecting and lead generation.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Highly driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused.
• Comfortable working remotely with global teams.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
