This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Take ownership of your assigned SMB territory in the UKI & Benelux region.
• Generate new pipeline opportunities through high-volume outbound efforts.
• Implement structured multi-channel outreach strategies: cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn engagement.
• Maintain high levels of activity and meet daily outreach goals.
• Conduct discovery and qualification calls with SMB prospects.
• Transition well-qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
• Ensure clean CRM management and pipeline tracking within HubSpot.
• Identify small automation enhancements to boost efficiency.
• Leverage feedback and data to consistently enhance outreach effectiveness.
• Over 1 year of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A completed commercial training program or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient English skills (CEFR C2 level).
• Comfort and confidence in cold calling and proactive outbound efforts.
• A structured and disciplined approach to work.
• A data-driven mindset and familiarity with working towards KPIs.
