This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
β’ Conduct multi-channel outbound prospecting efforts (including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn) aimed at B2B SaaS buyers.
β’ Identify and connect with decision-makers (such as VP, Director, and C-level executives) within targeted industries.
β’ Assess leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), budget, authority, need, and timeline using BANT or MEDDIC frameworks.
β’ Schedule high-quality discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
β’ Create tailored, data-driven outreach strategies for specific target accounts.
β’ Track and manage pipeline activities utilizing CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
β’ Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to synchronize messaging and campaigns.
β’ Consistently surpass KPIs, including meetings arranged, pipeline created, and conversion rates.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, SDR/BDR roles, or outbound SaaS sales.
β’ Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS or technology sales environments.
β’ Strong comprehension of SaaS sales cycles, buyer personas, and value-based selling techniques.
β’ Experience engaging with mid-market and enterprise-level stakeholders.
β’ Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach platforms (Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft).
β’ Familiarity with various sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger).
β’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
β’ Highly self-driven, analytical, and results-oriented.
β’ Experience collaborating with global teams in a remote work setting is an advantage.
