This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactively reach out to and assist buyers who demonstrate interest in Techpilot.
• Showcase our platform through phone calls and online meetings: illustrate how Techpilot, as a B2B marketplace, fosters long-term partnerships between buyers and suppliers.
• Provide guidance to buyers on use cases, advantages, and best practices for utilizing the platform.
• Develop and sustain customer relationships with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and the long-term adoption of the platform.
• Persuade contacts at the decision-making level (CEOs and Heads of Purchasing).
• A passion for mechanical engineering or engineering technology, coupled with the capability to discuss these subjects with our buyers over the phone.
• Outgoing and communicative, able to work autonomously and manage your own contacts — targeting approximately 20 net calls per day.
• Proficient in German with good English language skills, both written and spoken; any additional foreign language skills are a plus.
• Flexible working hours: part-time starting from 20 hours per week, with the option to work entirely from home.
• 30 days of vacation.
• Trust-based working hours — choose to work remotely, in a hybrid model, or in the office: the choice is yours — NO FIELD SALES.
• Complete equipment provided: PC, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, docking station — also available for personal use.
• Company events, both online and offline (offline events bring everyone to Munich for in-person participation).
