This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Formulate a detailed business development strategy to enhance the company’s footprint in the region.
• Identify and establish strategic alliances with schools, ministries, and educational institutions to foster mutually advantageous partnerships.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with key decision-makers in schools, educational organizations, and governmental bodies.
• Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and partnership agreements to secure favorable conditions for all stakeholders involved.
• Work alongside the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials aimed at potential partners.
• Remain informed about industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
• Deliver regular reports and updates on business development initiatives, progress, and outcomes to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to boost the company's visibility.
• Achieve and surpass sales goals, aiming to generate a minimum annual revenue of $400,000.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in business development, ideally within the educational sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the local education landscape and its primary stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven success in closing deals and consistently meeting sales objectives.
• Skilled networker with excellent relationship-building capabilities.
• Analytical thinker with strategic problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated individual capable of working independently.
• Proficient in CRM software.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
