This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.
• Identify and connect with prospective leads through multiple channels including professional networking, online research, marketing initiatives, industry events, and cold outreach.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to synchronize efforts and create targeted lists, campaigns, and strategies for engaging with potential clients.
• Assess leads as viable sales opportunities and arrange meetings for the Sales team.
• Record lead details and interactions in Salesforce, ensuring a high level of CRM accuracy.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or business development within digital assets, financial services, fintech, or SaaS.
• A strong enthusiasm for the digital asset sector and a keen interest in emerging concepts such as protocols, tokens, staking, and NFTs.
• Proficiency in English, with Arabic as an additional advantage.
• A willingness to learn about new products and technologies in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
• Strong critical thinking skills, effective communication abilities, and a sense of ownership.
• Experience in the Digital Assets/Crypto industry.
