This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn interactions, and various prospecting methods.
• Execute high-volume outbound calling consistently and engage prospective customers confidently in live discussions.
• Identify high-potential target accounts and develop tailored outreach strategies aimed at key stakeholders.
• Conduct initial dialogues to comprehend business challenges, evaluate fit, and qualify opportunities for the sales team.
• Create and nurture opportunities that directly impact the sales pipeline and revenue goals.
• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance prospecting efficiency, research, personalization, and overall productivity.
• Represent Incode at industry events, conferences, dinners, and networking opportunities to establish and cultivate new business relationships.
• Maintain precise records of prospect interactions, activities, and pipeline advancement.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to implement account strategies and optimize opportunity creation.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales position.
• Proven track record of generating pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage prospects over the phone.
• Proficient in using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Familiarity with AI tools and a readiness to integrate them into daily operations.
• Comfortable participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities as part of pipeline generation activities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, identity, cybersecurity, or similar technology sectors is preferred.
