This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Driving top-of-funnel engagement through proactive outreach and lead qualification efforts
• Starting discussions with potential institutional partners
• Implementing strategic outreach initiatives and arranging qualified discovery meetings
• Ensuring accurate and dependable CRM data management and activity monitoring
• Working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to synchronize targeting, messaging, and outreach tactics
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or roles focused on outreach
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Comfort with proactive, metrics-oriented outreach
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales productivity applications
• A curious and coachable attitude, with a keen interest in higher education enrollment strategies
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
