This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Generate a Qualified Outbound Pipeline: Your primary focus will be on creating qualified discovery meetings for your Account Executives (AEs). You will strategically identify target accounts, develop cold opportunities from the ground up, and approach outbound efforts with intention and precision.
• Collaborate with 4-6 Account Executives: You will serve as a strategic ally to your AEs, going beyond merely booking meetings. Regular meetings will be held to align on account prioritization, share account insights, and co-create outreach strategies.
• Manage Multi-Channel, Multi-Threaded Outreach: Execute highly tailored outreach campaigns across various channels, including phone, email, LinkedIn, and more.
• Engage in Daily Phone Calls: Cold calling is a fundamental aspect of this position. You will be on the phone each day, establishing rapport, initiating conversations, and transforming cold prospects into warm opportunities.
• Adopt a Marketing Mindset: Your outreach efforts will not only focus on prospecting but also on brand development.
• Leverage AI for Smarter and Faster Work: We encourage all team members at TheyDo to be inquisitive and eager to integrate AI tools into their workflows.
• Identify, Qualify, and Cultivate the Right Accounts: You will hone your ability to make sound judgments regarding account selection and qualification.
• Gather Insights and Maintain a Clean CRM: You will document your activities, keep your notes precise, and consistently provide account insights back to your AE.
