This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
β’ Proactively identify and qualify upselling opportunities within a dedicated client portfolio to enhance revenue growth.
β’ Manage comprehensive client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction levels.
β’ Implement multi-channel outreach strategies utilizing leading tools such as Salesloft and Salesforce.
β’ Serve as a subject matter expert for clients, especially those in the engineering and technology sectors.
β’ Maintain a high level of activity while ensuring precise data accuracy and effective pipeline management.
β’ Collaborate with the broader sales team to refine processes and surpass collective KPIs.
β’ Native-level fluency in German and professional proficiency in English.
β’ Located in the United Kingdom or Europe with the capability to work during UK/CET timezones.
β’ Demonstrated experience in a sales, account management, or delivery-oriented role.
β’ Strong organizational abilities and the aptitude to multitask in a fast-paced, structured environment.
β’ Outstanding communication skills with an inherent ability to influence stakeholders.
β’ Immediate availability to begin (Target date: June 3rd).
β’ Previous experience in Sales Development (SDR/BDR) within the SaaS or Engineering fields.
β’ Technical literacy or a background in engineering-related sales.
β’ Prior experience in high-level customer service or client management.
