This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through outbound efforts (cold calls, emails, social media outreach) and engage with inbound inquiries.
• Market Development: Build and enhance new business pipelines within the French e-commerce sector.
• Qualify & Nurture Opportunities: Assess potential customers based on their needs, business compatibility, and readiness to engage; prepare opportunities for transfer to Account Executives and Partner teams.
• CRM & Reporting: Keep precise records of all activities in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot), monitor prospect engagement metrics, and provide updates on pipeline development.
• Collaboration: Offer actionable market insights to the Marketing and Product teams regarding customer needs, competitive dynamics, and trends to support go-to-market strategies.
• Event Representation: Represent Shopware at local events, conferences, and meet-ups to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; 1–3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or lead generation — preferably in SaaS or e-commerce software.
• Strong comprehension of digital agencies, system integrators, and the e-commerce ecosystem in France; fluent in French and professionally proficient in English.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales engagement tools.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and excel in a fast-paced international environment.
