This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Familiarize yourself with Jitterbit processes and tools: In the first 30 days, learn and begin utilizing Jitterbit’s approach to engage with prospects, internal stakeholders, and constituents.
• Master the Message: Acquire the ability to articulate what Jitterbit offers within a month of new feature releases.
• Identify opportunities for Jitterbit application.
• Grasp what Jitterbit provides and how it can enhance business processes and improve organizational operations.
• Create and implement customized messages tailored to the specific audience.
• Master the Sale: Achieve monthly targets for SQLs, build a sales pipeline, and collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams.
• Outbound Strategy: Make weekly calls and send tailored emails to generate leads (SQLs).
• Record & share updates: Document and communicate insights gained from discussions with prospects to the BDR team.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years of sales experience as a BDR in SaaS, including cold-calling.
• Proficiency in German at an advanced level.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
• Passionate understanding of cloud-based products, technology, and SaaS.
