This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Working closely with Sales Executives to enhance pipeline growth throughout the EMEA regions.
• Developing tailored outreach strategies for various stakeholders, including key decision-makers and influencers within target prospects and customer accounts.
• Delivering an exceptional prospect and customer experience in every interaction, ensuring they feel appreciated and understood.
• Becoming well-versed in the product and effectively conveying the value of respond.io’s solutions to potential clients.
• Maintaining detailed records of interactions with leads in our CRM, documenting progress, follow-up actions, and next steps.
• Assisting in the creation of scalable demand generation campaigns informed by data-driven insights and industry best practices.
• Recognizing and suggesting enhancements to optimize outcomes.
• Over 1 year of experience in sales, ideally in the B2B SaaS sector.
• Proficient in English, with a clear and concise communication style in both spoken and written forms.
• A strong commitment and a genuine desire to build a career in sales.
• A consistent history of exceeding targets.
• An empathetic listener and an effective communicator.
