This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Engage with prospective clients primarily through telephone, email, and social media platforms;
• Achieve or surpass the designated daily call quota;
• Discover and assess new sales opportunities both inbound and outbound;
• Serve as the initial contact in the sales journey;
• Foster interest and engagement in our solutions;
• Arrange demonstrations with the Business Development Manager;
• Evaluate and enhance personal performance to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• At least 6 months of experience in sales;
• Excellent and professional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities;
• Availability to work 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday);
• Native English speaker;
• Previous experience as a Business Development Representative with outbound prospecting (preferred);
• Prior experience in a SaaS company (preferred);
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry (preferred).
