This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Lead the top-of-funnel pipeline by identifying, mapping, and engaging high-quality prospects in whitespace accounts through a multi-channel approach (email, LinkedIn, calls, video).
• Take ownership of your territory by collaborating closely with Mid-Market or Enterprise Account Executives to develop strategic account plans, research buyer personas, and coordinate outreach initiatives.
• Create high-quality outreach by tailoring messaging according to persona, industry, and trigger events to enhance engagement while safeguarding Ashby’s brand reputation.
• Contribute to the development of playbooks by testing new prospecting strategies (e.g., event-based outreach, intent-driven cadences) and sharing insights with the team.
• Work collaboratively across functions by partnering with Marketing to ensure alignment of campaigns and establish feedback loops. Engage in weekly syncs with Sales and participate in monthly pipeline reviews.
• Monitor and optimize performance by maintaining clean CRM hygiene, tracking activities and outcomes, and refining strategies to achieve KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn, HubSpot/Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and modern prospecting tools (or able to learn quickly).
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or high-volume outreach position is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Required: Proficiency in English.
• Bonus: Knowledge of German, Dutch, or French.
