This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities from untapped greenfield accounts that align with runZero’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting techniques utilizing our sales automation tools.
• Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders (account executives, marketing, sales operations, fellow Business Development Representatives).
• Manage and sustain a pipeline of interested prospects while strategically collaborating with account executives to create and implement playbooks aimed at winning prioritized accounts.
• Formulate account plans by conducting research and synthesizing data and materials that demonstrate an understanding of runZero’s customers’ needs and the value runZero provides.
• Craft engaging emails and letters; pose intriguing questions that capture attention.
• Facilitate attendance of target contacts at marketing events and encourage responses to our campaigns by following up on Account-Based Marketing initiatives in conjunction with Marketing.
• Ensure precise tracking of communications with current and prospective customers in our CRM.
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective relationship-building.
• A commitment to achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly objectives.

• An effective listener with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
