• Direct leads to a sales representative for further qualification and closure of sales.
• Utilize effective prospecting methods to establish contact with clients for marketing purposes.
• Preferably aligned with our Marketing sector and possess a background in Marketing.
• Generate interest for a discovery meeting with a designated RRD Sales Executive.
• Identify various contact points within a provided list of targets and articulate the value proposition of our products and services to engage prospects.
• Conduct online research to gain insights into the prospect and their business objectives.
• Create a high-value sales pipeline through both strategic and targeted prospecting for Healthcare accounts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to compile a list of target prospects.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects while providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure a seamless transition of leads to an account executive following the initial discovery meeting.
• Actively use Salesforce for all Lead Generation activities.
• Meet with Sales Leaders to assess and refine strategy.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and telemarketing, particularly focused on cold calling.
• The ideal candidate will have Business Development experience in Digital Marketing.
• Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Must be goal-driven, persuasive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with cold calling techniques and Salesforce CRM technology for organizing, tracking, and documenting activities.
• Candidates should be comfortable using a variety of techniques and channels to reach their contacts, including but not limited to email, phone, social media, and mail.
• Ability to present various RRD services to different contact points within the same prospect account.
• Strong skills in time management and organization.
• Proven capability to work independently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Results-oriented with a persistent approach.
• Possess persuasive prospecting skills and excellent telephone sales abilities.
