This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Lead qualification and outreach, serving as the first voice of Benetics AI - via phone, email, and social selling.
• Active cold calling and outbound efforts targeting craft and construction companies.
• Qualification of inbound leads from trade fairs, website inquiries, and campaigns.
• Creation and maintenance of contact lists and sequences within the CRM.
• Close collaboration with the sales team for seamless lead handover.
• Optimization of pre-sales processes using a modern AI stack.
• Marketing support, working closely with the marketing team to integrate insights directly from the market.
• Enjoyment of phone communication and a genuine interest in people - you listen before you speak.
• Initial work experience or internships in inside sales, tech sales, or a related field are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written German & English (French is a plus).
• Structured, independent work style and experience with CRMs.
• Curiosity about the construction industry - prior knowledge is not required.
• Remote work with flexibility and regular team touchpoints.
• Clear development path towards full-cycle sales.
