This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Master the unique selling proposition (USP) of Drivetrain and gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of global best practices for an outbound sales development function.

• Create and implement scalable systems, processes, and procedures for lead generation.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify effective lead generation channels.

• Partner with founders to establish targets, milestones, and objectives.

• Serve as a business partner to customers at the CFO, CRO, and founder levels.

• Engage in communication with all levels within the organization.

• As an early team member, contribute to shaping our company culture, practices, and product.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses 0-3 years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrates excellent writing skills.

• Exhibits a strong executive presence, as the role necessitates frequent interaction with C-Suite executives.

• Displays robust analytical capabilities combined with a creative mindset.

• Is aspirational, self-motivated, and proactive.

• Possesses exceptional communication skills.

• Has a track record of overachieving in outbound sales and has contributed to a growing team.

• Has direct exposure to sales strategy, design of sales processes, and team-building operations.
