This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Identify and investigate potential client companies and hiring prospects across the US, EU, and UK.
• Create and qualify outbound prospect lists based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) utilizing LinkedIn, databases, and sales tools.
• Assist in executing outbound campaigns through email and LinkedIn.
• Tailor outreach efforts by leveraging insights on hiring needs, funding, and growth indicators.
• Monitor market trends, funding rounds, and company news to generate new business opportunities.
• Ensure accurate data management in the CRM and track the sales pipeline effectively.
• Work collaboratively with recruiters and leadership to transform leads into active hiring initiatives.
• A keen interest in technology, startups, AI/ML, or the recruitment sector.
• Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level (both written and spoken).
• Excellent research abilities and strong written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
