This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Oversee outbound prospecting efforts targeting key accounts within the U.S. market
• Conduct research on companies, key stakeholders, and industry landscapes to pinpoint genuine opportunities
• Develop customized outreach strategies utilizing email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Implement structured outreach sequences with a focus on consistency and meticulous attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to qualify and convert potential opportunities
• Ensure disciplined management of CRM data and maintain clear visibility of the sales pipeline
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated B2B outbound experience (SaaS experience is highly desirable)
• Near-native proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential
• Ability to confidently engage with senior decision-makers
• Familiarity with contemporary sales tools (such as HubSpot, GSuite, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms)
• Excellent research skills and a keen eye for detail
• Professional maturity and a sense of accountability
• Fully remote position
• Weekends are off
