This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by actively prospecting target accounts and utilizing your technology stack for effective outreach based on events, triggers, and specific categories. Strive for over 100 outreach actions daily via phone, LinkedIn, and email to consistently achieve performance goals.

• Foster engagement with inbound leads by connecting with prospects promptly and strategically, ensuring a smooth transition from initial interest to scheduled meetings. Make use of your tech stack to prioritize follow-ups efficiently, maximizing conversion rates.

• Create and implement innovative outreach campaigns that resonate with Zappi's narrative, incorporating valuable, educational content/offers, and targeting relevant personas such as CMOs, VPs of Insights, and other key decision-makers within Fortune 500 companies.

• Qualify and connect with leads based on established criteria, arranging meetings for follow-up discovery with the sales team to evaluate potential partnerships and customer requirements further.

• Apply outbound selling best practices to identify customer pain points, effectively communicate the value of Zappi's solutions, and position our platform as a disruptive force in the market.

• Utilize account intelligence tools (e.g., 6Sense, Vendelux, UserGems, Sales Navigator) to prioritize accounts with high intent and develop customized engagement strategies to enhance pipeline generation and lead conversion.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to synchronize outreach efforts, share insights from your campaigns, and refine outreach strategies. Actively participate in strategy discussions to enhance messaging and target accounts.

• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including monthly/quarterly targets and KPIs related to lead generation, outreach volume, and meeting conversion rates.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and Zappi’s evolving product offerings, leveraging this knowledge to adjust outreach strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

• Emphasize hyper-personalized outreach using various channels, from emails to phone calls, ensuring all interactions cater to the unique needs of each prospect.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or similar roles, with a proven record of generating new logo pipeline in Enterprise settings. Experience managing large, complex accounts is advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement omnichannel outreach campaigns, with a keen understanding of how to create messages that resonate with executive personas and decision-makers in targeted industries.

• Advanced communication abilities, showcasing success in crafting personalized emails, effective cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach that effectively speaks to executive-level prospects and clearly articulates value.

• Familiarity with HubSpot Sales Hub, particularly for managing outbound workflows, prospecting dashboards, and sequence management, or a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.

• Experience with tools such as 6Sense, UserGems, Sales Navigator, and Vendelux to drive targeted outreach and engagement decisions. Ability to quickly adopt new sales tools and technologies is essential.

• Results-oriented and goal-driven, with a strong passion for achieving or surpassing performance targets in a metrics-focused environment. You thrive on the challenge of meeting KPIs and contributing to team success.
