This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Develop and oversee a sales pipeline throughout Italy, with a focus on Northern and North-East regions, ensuring strong CRM practices are maintained.
• Initiate lead generation, conduct discovery calls, qualify potential leads, and independently drive subsequent actions.
• Prepare and present concise product pitches and demonstrations.
• Cultivate relationships through digital channels and in-person interactions when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with prospects, address objections, and facilitate closing deals.
• Maintain organized execution with structured follow-ups, precise notes, and dependable forecasting contributions.
• Strong connections in the nightlife/events/music sectors, preferably within Northern Italy.
• A commercial mindset, resilience, and the capability to rapidly develop as a business developer.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable using tools such as CRMs and capable of selling SaaS/tech products (prior SaaS experience is advantageous but not mandatory).
• High reliability and meticulous attention to detail in execution.
• Quick learner, adaptable, and resilient.
• Proficient communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Comfortable working with tools, maintaining structure, and upholding accountability.
