This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Acquire opportunities that connect to the sales pipeline.
• Develop customer acquisition plans to expand account coverage in collaboration with Account Executives.
• Work alongside the marketing team to exchange information on campaigns and provide detailed feedback.
• Engage with new prospects and regularly take value-added actions to increase leads.
• Conduct research on industry trends and business drivers as part of the outbound strategy.
• Gather information on existing customers and leads, analyzing their challenges, potential events, timelines, and identifying decision-makers.
• Build strong relationships with executive management.
• Clearly articulate the value of our solutions.
• Utilize existing tools (such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to identify potential customers.
• Ensure effective use of Salesforce by managing updates on all activities and notes as needed.
• More than 1 year of sales experience (any industry).
• Proficient in Japanese communication.
• Strong desire to grow and develop professionally.
• Experience in sales within the IT industry (preferred).
