This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Act as a crucial component of the sales process by generating new business opportunities and aiding in pipeline expansion.
• Achieve or surpass daily activity metrics, which include inbound qualification, outbound prospecting, and continuous lead nurturing and engagement.
• Perform outbound prospecting to Fortune companies through email, cold-calling, marketing initiatives, and social selling, involving both warm and cold calls, setting up meetings, and building value for clients through relationship development.
• You will need to identify and gather insights on client requirements and coordinate fulfillment activities.
• Create and implement sales campaigns (in collaboration with Marketing) to establish a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Leverage CRM, marketing automation, and sales technology tools to manage the pipeline and maintain precise information regarding prospects and target accounts.
• Effectively map new prospect organizations to identify targeted buyers, decision-makers, and key influencers within those organizations.
• Discover business challenges faced by prospects and pinpoint relevant opportunities within target accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine targeting and messaging based on segment, type of contact, active campaigns, etc.
• Support the sales team in extending outreach into target accounts.
• Contribute to the consultative sales process by acquiring extensive knowledge about a prospect, uncovering their business needs, and relaying that information to the sales team.
• Continuously learn, adapt, and enhance your understanding of sales engagement and Visit.org’s offerings.
• You possess 3 to 5+ years of experience in sales development, pipeline generation, and outbound prospecting roles.
• One year in a sales or account management role is advantageous.
• Proven experience in B2B outbound sales and appointment-setting.
• A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding activity goals for calls, emails, etc.
• A strong ability to effectively articulate business challenges and craft compelling narratives to generate interest with prospects.
• Exceptional comfort level with outbound sales calls and prospecting activities.
• Knowledgeable about modern SaaS pipeline development, sales processes, and engagement methodologies.
• Eagerness and enthusiasm for experimenting with new strategies, adopting an entrepreneurial mindset, and refining all current and future approaches.
• Must be a driven, ambitious, and self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
