This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create a robust pipeline by engaging in high-volume outbound outreach, primarily through phone calls, supplemented by email communication, directed at auto dealerships.
• Arrange meetings with influential decision-makers such as General Managers, General Sales Managers, and Finance leaders.
• Oversee a specified territory across various dealership tiers and account segments, focusing outreach efforts based on the size of opportunities and account information.
• Achieve or surpass weekly and monthly goals for pipeline generation and meeting arrangements.
• Utilize platforms like Nooks and Gong to facilitate outreach, assess performance, and enhance messaging strategies.
• Evaluate call performance and integrate insights gained from coaching, call assessments, and role-playing exercises to boost conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to guarantee a seamless transition of qualified opportunities.
• Consistently enhance pitch delivery and objection management through ongoing practice, shadowing, and constructive feedback.
• A minimum of 6 months experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) in a SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in executing outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calling and email outreach.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding activity or pipeline generation targets.
• Proficient in utilizing tools such as Nooks, Salesforce, Outreach, Sendoso, Zoominfo, and Gong for outreach execution, performance evaluation, and messaging enhancement.
• Experience in communicating effectively with external business stakeholders via phone and email.
