This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Drive initiatives for new business development and play an active role in our entry into the US market
• Manage the complete sales process from initial contact through to handover to project delivery
• Market a blend of SaaS solutions along with implementation project services
• Work in close collaboration with project and delivery teams in Germany to guarantee successful customer results
• Perform market and customer research to uncover opportunities and industry trends
• Continuously refine the sales strategy and identify new prospects
• Oversee leads, opportunities, and pipeline within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Achieve or surpass established sales targets
• Independently create and implement account and market strategies, supported by action plans and benchmarks to track progress
• A minimum of a 4-year college degree
• At least 2 years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including across diverse cultures and time zones
• Ability to function effectively in an international environment with dispersed teams
• Willingness to travel within the US based on customer locations
• Experience in SaaS, AI, data, or supply chain-related fields
