This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Customer Identification: Actively seek out potential customers in your region through prospecting, lead generation, networking, and referrals.
• Relationship Building: Engage with existing and prospective customers face-to-face to comprehend their challenges, cultivate empathy, and build trust by delivering a positive experience.
• Closing: Implement effective sales techniques to secure new clients and consistently meet your objectives.
• Product Knowledge: Gain expertise in all aspects of Teya and our range of products (don’t worry, comprehensive training will be provided!).
• Market Feedback: Work collaboratively with the rest of the company by offering valuable "boots-on-the-ground" insights to enhance our products.
• Customer Loyalty: Foster enduring relationships with clients, recognizing opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling Teya solutions to maximize value and retention.
• Brand Representation: Serve as the representative of Teya in your territory, exemplifying our values and vision.
• Conduct field activities to secure new customers within your designated territory;
• Participate in morning team meetings to outline plans, set objectives, and share experiences;
• Manage an active client portfolio and oversee post-sales activities;
• Deliver outstanding and personalized customer service.
• At least 2 years of experience in a commercial role with short sales cycles (experience in payments, banking, B2B, or SaaS is advantageous);
• A demonstrated history of achieving commercial targets;
• A strong passion for supporting small businesses and growing enterprises;
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments;
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities;
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills;
• Strong negotiation capabilities and a commercial mindset;
• Proactive attitude and the drive to exceed expectations;
