This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Communicate TeamFeePay's value proposition effectively and customize solutions to align with client needs using a needs-led approach.
• Acquire knowledge and confidently promote, demonstrate, and sell our system.
• Execute the pre-qualification process for all leads in accordance with company strategy.
• Engage actively in pre- and post-sales activities.
• Employ strategic thinking for managing the sales funnel and planning to attract new clubs to the platform.
• Travel to clubs and engage face-to-face as necessary.
• Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals utilizing our Salesforce system.
• Introduce new sales opportunities to the Onboarding Manager.
• Take responsibility for meeting business targets and KPIs.
• Organize and participate in quarterly events and tournaments to connect with clubs.
• Maintain and update contact information for the regional club prospect database.
• Comprehend the club’s lifecycle and ensure ongoing success through various milestones.
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements for automation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve outcomes and provide exceptional club experiences.
• Represent the brand in your region and expand TeamFeePay's presence among grassroots clubs.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a Sales or Business Development role.
• Established connections within grassroots football in your region.
• Proficient in CRM software.
• Demonstrated success in a similar role, consistently achieving sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High levels of resilience and patience.
• Process-oriented with a strategic mindset.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to identify and seize opportunities within the customer base.
• Team-oriented individual.
• Strong time-management skills.
• IT and computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
