This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Accountable for assisting with all facets of Business Development for Sales, including customer accounts, projects, and follow-up activities.
• Promote synergy between the Business Development team and the sales force.
• Serve as a liaison between the sales force and other departments.
• Guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and governance of customer accounts, project, and quote information within the CRM system.
• Aid the sales force in qualifying leads from various sources.
• Investigate and pinpoint opportunities for follow-ups for the sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to recognize and convert targeted accounts.
• Diligently track and document activities, interactions with leads, and their outcomes.
• Support the sales force by accurately creating and managing projects in the CRM.
• Follow up on projects, assessing probabilities, dates, and win/loss outcomes.
• Generate Quotes and Sales Purchase Agreements (SPAs).
• Offer individualized assistance to the sales force in navigating the site.
• Oversee and maintain CRM customer account data, which includes creation, updates, hierarchies, and ownership alignment.
• Monitor data quality, identifying and resolving duplicates, inaccuracies, and incomplete records.
• Establish national accounts and link related companies to these accounts.
• Develop customized dashboards and views.
• Communicate requests for modifications/additions according to guidelines.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and uphold guidelines for data integrity and governance standards.
• An associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Capacity to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Must possess a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working well under pressure with time-sensitive data.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong team player.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Dynamic CRM and MS Power BI is advantageous but not mandatory.
