This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify, assess, and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the current customer portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Customer Success team to devise and execute effective expansion strategies.
• Gain insights into how customers utilize the AI platform, the challenges they encounter, and where additional AI agents, features, or modules could deliver significant value.
• Clearly and persuasively communicate new features, modules, and use cases, always prioritizing customer outcomes and measurable business benefits.
• Develop your own expansion pipeline and manage it comprehensively: from identifying opportunities to providing deal support and closing.
• Bring insights from customer discussions to the product and go-to-market teams to influence future features, use cases, and positioning.
• Strong alignment with our customers' core values, which are integral to the team's operations.
• Proven and relevant experience in outbound sales within a B2B SaaS context.
• A credible record of achievement (e.g., consistently surpassing quotas over multiple quarters).
• Ability to convincingly present complex technical solutions (experience with AI, CAD, CAE, or Engineering Automation is a plus).
• Maintain composure when faced with rejections, adapt quickly, and exhibit a strong growth mindset along with resilience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, cold outreach tools, and LinkedIn prospecting (e.g., Salesforce, Clay, Sales Navigator, Aircall).
• A passion for uncovering new opportunities and proactively advancing them.
• Fluency in both English and German is required.
• Transparent compensation: Entry Level (OTE): €44,500 – €54,300 | Intermediate (OTE): €51,900 – €66,100.
