This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Concentrate on customer growth and increasing revenue.
• Recognize, qualify, and promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Work in partnership with Account Executives and Customer Success teams.
• Gain insight into how customers are currently utilizing Synera and identify areas for further automation.
• Showcase new features, modules, and potential use cases.
• Take full ownership of the pipeline for expansion initiatives.
• Strong and proven experience in outbound sales within a B2B SaaS context.
• Demonstrated success in sales achievements.
• Capability to effectively present complex technical solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, tools for cold outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• A robust growth mindset and resilience.
• Flexible work arrangements: you choose when and where you work (as long as you are based in Germany).
