This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• In this position, you will actively seek out and connect with new growth opportunities through targeted outbound outreach.
• This role will require you to efficiently and accurately schedule appointments for Account Executives, while acting as a trusted advisor and consultant to clients.
• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a Business Development Specialist capacity.
• A competitive spirit with a strong desire to surpass both personal and professional targets.
• Consistently achieve or surpass established KPIs and activity objectives.
• Ability to collaborate and perform effectively, both as part of a team and independently, in a high-energy, ever-evolving sales environment.
• Must possess a detail-oriented mindset and have a solid understanding of the internet, e-commerce, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills to foster positive interactions across all levels and functions within the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and excel in a rapidly changing environment.
• Willingness to initiate cold calls to new prospects.
