This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of outbound prospecting across designated accounts utilizing a multi-channel strategy (email, phone, LinkedIn).
• Investigate and connect with target accounts within specified Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buying groups.
• Assess prospects according to established criteria and generate sales-accepted opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with named Account Executives on account-based outbound tactics.
• Guarantee a seamless transfer of opportunities, including context, discovery notes, and validation.
• Keep precise records of activities, accounts, and opportunity data within the CRM.
• Regularly refine messaging based on feedback from Account Executives, insights from wins/losses, and market indicators.
• What this role is NOT:
• A call-center, telesales, or high-volume dialing position.
• A closing or full-cycle sales role.
• An outsourced, freelance, or agency appointment-setting position.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, ideally in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. Varied academic backgrounds that showcase analytical thinking and robust communication skills are greatly appreciated.
• A minimum of 2+ years in outbound sales development, lead generation, or a related role, preferably within the enterprise SaaS or tech sector.
• Required:
• Experience in selling subscription-based SaaS products within a B2B context.
• In-house Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) experience collaborating directly with Account Executives.
• Proven ownership of opportunity quality, not merely meetings scheduled.
• Familiarity with outbound prospecting in an account-based or territory-based framework.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders across both technical and business functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• NOT Considered Equivalent Experience:
• Inbound-only lead qualification roles lacking outbound ownership.
• Agency, outsourced, or appointment-setting roles where meetings are provided to external clients without ownership of opportunity quality.
• Call-center or BPO telesales positions.
• Primarily closing-focused or revenue-carrying sales positions.
• Tools & Environment:
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Familiarity with sales engagement and prospecting tools (e.g., Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
