This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of outbound prospecting for designated accounts using a multi-channel strategy (email, phone, LinkedIn)
• Investigate and connect with target accounts within specified Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buying groups
• Assess prospects based on established criteria and develop sales-accepted opportunities
• Collaborate closely with designated Account Executives on account-based outbound initiatives
• Guarantee a seamless transition of opportunities, including context, discovery notes, and validation
• Keep precise records of activities, accounts, and opportunity data in the CRM
• Continuously refine messaging informed by feedback from Account Executives, insights from wins and losses, and market signals
• A Bachelor’s degree is essential, ideally in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related area. Candidates with diverse academic backgrounds showcasing analytical thinking and strong communication skills are highly regarded.
• A minimum of 2+ years in outbound sales development, lead generation, or a comparable role, preferably within the enterprise SaaS or technology sector.
• Proven experience in selling subscription-based SaaS products in a B2B setting
• In-house Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) experience collaborating directly with Account Executives
• Proven responsibility for opportunity quality, not merely for the number of meetings scheduled
• Experience with outbound prospecting in either an account-based or territory-based model
• Comfort in engaging multiple stakeholders spanning technical and business functions
