This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• You will identify, evaluate, schedule, and assist in onboarding new clients while enhancing sales to current customers.
• Building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers of potential clients.
• Actively following up with shop owners.
• Gaining comprehensive knowledge of the industry and our products.
• Organizing and participating in sales meetings alongside Account Executives.
• Overseeing activities and information within our Salesforce CRM.
• Relevant experience in sales development (SDR, BDR, ADR, or similar roles).
• Sales Acumen: Excellent verbal communication abilities, proficiency in cold calling (including managing gatekeepers and quickly building rapport), leading conversations off-script, and comfortably engaging with seasoned business owners.
• A coachable attitude: values and actively seeks constructive feedback.
• Analytical mindset: recognizes the importance of metrics and the insights they provide.
• Significant experience with a CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
• Results-oriented, high-energy, and competitive.
