This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Consistently meet quotas for qualified opportunities.
• Engage with prospects via direct phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
• Conduct market and organization mapping to uncover potential new clients.
• Assess incoming leads to determine their viability as sales opportunities.
• Create templates for direct outreach and content marketing strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and customers until they are converted into qualified opportunities.
• Keep up-to-date with new products, services, and relevant information of interest to customers through effective training and self-directed study.
• Connect with established new business prospects for the Sales team within the Global mid/large/enterprise markets.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to generate new opportunities.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role within a B2B software/SaaS environment.
• Practical experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling and outreach.
• Proven history of meeting sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
• Energetic, dynamic, and effective in both written and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to function as a team player in a lively sales team atmosphere.
• Experience in the Maritime sector is a plus.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI products is an advantage.
